04. Filming, Recording, and Image Use Rights

During activities organized by Milibrohispano, photographs may be taken, videos recorded, live broadcasts made, or audio recorded of the various areas and moments of the event, including participants, their image, voice, stage name, works, products, exhibited materials, or presentations made.

By participating, the AUTHOR, ARTIST, EXHIBITOR OR GUEST (hereinafter “THE PARTICIPANT”), grants Milibrohispano express consent for the use of such recordings for cultural, educational, promotional, or institutional purposes, including their dissemination in digital media, social networks, press, printed publications, broadcasts, or audiovisual materials, without generating any financial compensation.

Likewise, the PARTICIPANT grants Milibrohispano a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable, and non-transferable license (without the right to sublicense) to use any copyrighted content that has been voluntarily delivered or exhibited within the framework of the event (including works, logos, trade names, banners, graphic images, hypertext links, among others), exclusively for the purposes described above and always within the framework of respect and promotion of Hispanic culture.

This authorization is granted with full knowledge and acceptance by the PARTICIPANT, as part of the general conditions of participation in events promoted by Milibrohispano.
